Guacamole has his origins in Mexico and it was created by the Aztecs. It has been used ever since as a dip, condiment or salad. It’s highly used in Mexican cuisine and very popular in America.
Guacamole
You can find ready-made guacamole in most supermarkets but if I find ripe avocados I can’t resist making my own homemade sauce. I use it as a dip with tortilla chips or as a sauce for fajitas or tacos. It goes well with any kind of meat and it’s delicious
